How to use

For 12 Years & Up
Apply 1-2 drops directly on the inside wrists or the soles of the feet until absorbed. Use up to 2 times per day. For extra immune support, massage 6-8 drops on the rib cage or the back, 4-6 times per day for up to one week.
For Sensitive Adults & Children 6-12 Years
Blend 3-4 drops with equal parts of a Pranarôm Organic Virgin Plant Oil and massage onto the rib cage, back, or soles of feet. Use up to 2 times a day for up to one week. Diffuse 5-10 drops with water in a non-heating ultrasonic diffuser.
