Perfect for deep muscle massage, this formula warms, soothes and nourishes. For best results, warm a few pumps of the oil between your palms before massaging into muscles & joints.

Ingredient Highlights

Sesame Seed Oil provides a silky smooth, nourishing base with calming compounds (sesamin and sesamol) and antioxidants.

Arnica Flower Extract is a much loved traditional remedy for muscles & joints, soothing discomfort and promoting the natural healing process.

A blend of Eucalyptus Citriodora, Wintergreen, Exotic Basil and Bay Laurel essential oils provide a warming sensation, soothing the area on contact.

How to use

Massage oil onto the affected areas. Reapply as needed.

Usage precautions

For external use only. Keep out of reach from children. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
To remove essential oil, use plant oil.

Good product

Like this warming muscle relief. Notvas much Arnica oul in it. So I may buy a bottle to add to it.

Smells like citronella

This works nicely, but I didn’t notice much of a warming effect. It’s very strongly scented like citronella, although the ingredients don’t list lemongrass as an ingredient.
