Apply 3-5 drops directly in your palms to hand diffuse. Rub palms together and cup hands near nose. Inhale 5 deep breaths. May be used with dry brushing for added immune support. Added to lotion creates a quality hand purifier. For diffusion, add 5-10 drops drops with water to your non-heating ultrasonic diffuser.

For external use only. Keep out of reach from children. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. To remove essential oil, use plant oil. DO NOT use water.
