Remove the ceramic lid and the inner lid of the diffuser and fill water resevoir with room temperature tap water, not exceeding the maximum level mark. Add up to 15 drops of essential oils and replace both of the lids. Connect adaptor to a power outlet, and use the light and diffusion buttons to adjust. Diffusion button: 1st press will give you continous diffusion until the water runs low (up to 9 hours continuous, 18 hours intermittent), 2nd press will give you 1 hour of diffusion, 3rd press 3 hours, 4th press 7 hours, and 5th press will turn diffusion off. Light button: 1st press will give you a bright light, 2nd press a softer light, 3rd press a "breathing" light, and 4th press will turn the light off. Water tank capacity 180ml.
