How to use

For promoting clear and balanced skin, add 1 drop of Lemon Balm into an ounce of a gentle facial cleanser. Diffuse 1-2 drops or apply diluted to the wrists before bedtime to support sleep, or during the day to support healthy stress-response.

For topical application, use a 1% dilution rate.

Usage precautions

For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. Always dilute. If irriation occurs, discontinue use. To remove essential oil, use plant oil (olive).
