To diffuse Cinnamon Bark, blend 1-2 drops with other essential oils of your choice (we recommend citruses and woods). Diffused alone, Cinnamon Bark can be irritating to the respiratory system. Blend with a carrier oil to create a warming massage oil for muscles and joints. Use in DIY cleaning recipes for a purifying boost. Cinnamon Bark and Cinnamon Leaf essential oils are distinct and not interchangeable.

For topical application, use at a .5% dilution rate or less.

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. Always dilute. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. To remove essential oil, use plant oil (olive).
