Spike Lavender has a minty, clean and herbal aroma. The flower grows on the Spanish coast and is harvested at full bloom for distillation. Therapeutically the oil is used for skin care and respiratory support. Not to be confused with Lavender Angustifolia, Spike Lavender is differentiated by its minty, herbal scent. This aroma is helpful for supporting the respiratory system as well as local circulation. Spike Lavender is also more stimulating and active on the skin than Lavender Angustifolia.

Diffuse Lavender Spike for a refreshing aroma that supports the respiratory system and mental clarity. Dilute with a carrier oil and apply to the neck and chest as a natural vapor rub, or massage into sore muscles & joints. For first aid, apply directly to minor burns, blemishes and bites.

For topical application, use up to a 19% dilution rate.

For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. To remove essential oil, use plant oil (olive).
