Composition at a glance: Complex fatty acids with traces of Arnica essential oil. Phytosterols and sesquiterpene lactones, said to be anti-inflammatory.
Color and texture: Pale, bright yellow oil. Medium absorption.
Smell: Discreet and neutral with a hint of cut grass.

About: Traditionally used for healing in herbal medicine, Arnica oil is widely known to soothe bumps, bruises, discomfort in joints and occasional muscle strains. Arnica is an ideal carrier for essential oils such as Helichrysum, Peppermint, Rosemary and Lavender. Arnica is excellent for supporting healthy joints and muscles after intense exercise or exertion, and is a must-have for every herbal medicine chest.

How to use

Ages 13 years and up: Apply a thin, even layer to affected area up to four times per day. Massage into skin until the preparation disappears.

Usage precautions

For external use only. Do not apply to open wounds or abraded skin. Best if used within three months after opening. Store in a cool place away from heat and direct light. Keep out of reach of children.

Very Nice massage oil!

Super nice massage oil that is very lightly scented. Rich formula that I love because it's organic. I also love that it came safety sealed and in a brown bottle, as light exposure causes it to age to quickly. Also, this is a nice size bottle (2 oz) but only a few drops are needed for each use. Felt great going on and then quickly absorbed into the skin, leaving my skin feeling moisturized and not greasy like some other ones do. This one worked great and I was very pleased with it!

Effective, Though Not the Strongest

Pranarom's USDA Certified Organic French Arnica Virgin Plant Oil is a decent option for soothing joint and muscle pain. While it's effective in providing relief, I've found that it's not as potent as some other topical oils and ointments I've used in the past. However, the fact that it's organic and made with high-quality ingredients is a definite plus. Good stuff

I am experienced with essential oils and often add them to carrier oils for massage. I highly recommend this particular Arnica blend. It absorbs nicely and feels good. It's important to source your organic oil from a reputable company like Pranarom that you can trust.

Easy application

This is a good quality arnica oil and I experienced immediate relief after a couple of uses. This oil has a faint aroma that is not bothersome or overpowering. The bottle dispenses the oil in droplets so you have better control of the application amount. I like that I don't have to worry about wasting oil by too much pouring out.

love this arnica oil

I absolutely love this and just ordered some for my mom. I definitely feel like it is more effective than arnica gel though I'm not sure why it would be, but this will be my go-to for arnica from now on.
