This pure essential oil blend works to support both the immune system and the respiratory system. Keep on hand whenever you feel under the weather, or when you feel you might be exposed (during travel or cold & flu season).

Essential oils of Lavandin, Ho Wood and Rosemary ct. 1,8 Cineole are known to help stimulate natural defenses.

Essential Oils of Clove and Tea Tree are especially useful at the first signs of a cold.

Essential Oils of Eucalyptus Radiata and Globulus as well as Ravintsara and Niaouli are traditionally used to provide respiratory comfort, particularly through the winter months.

For 12 Years & Up
Apply 1-2 drops directly on the inside wrists or the soles of the feet until absorbed. Use up to 2 times per day. For extra immune support, massage 6-8 drops on the rib cage or the back, 4-6 times per day for up to one week.
For Sensitive Adults & Children 6-12 Years
Blend 3-4 drops with equal parts of a Pranarôm Organic Virgin Plant Oil and massage onto the rib cage, back, or soles of feet. Use up to 2 times a day for up to one week. Diffuse 5-10 drops with water in a non-heating ultrasonic diffuser.
