"I like taking one of these tiny mini-caps before bedtime, as they seem to help me relax into sleep. Love the helpful dispenser top in the bottle. These are also good to take in the daytime if you need to chill, however sometimes I experienced a flowery burp afterwards. 😆 Good, High Quality All-Natural product I Highly Recommend👍💜"

"This is the cutest little bottle of mini capsules that I've seen. The caps themselves are really easy to take and actually smell quite nice. Upon taking a capsule I noticed an ever-so slight hint of the flavor, too, but since it's a pleasant scent, it's OK with me. No side effects or interactions with other supplements that I can detect. My only complaint is that since they are so small and you can take up to 3 a day they'll be gone way too quickly. Recommended."

The pearls really are quite tiny, but that means that it is easier to adjust the dosage to meet your needs. "I got these to put in my wash because when I use lavender oil I always pour too much out of the bottle. They are work perfect for my laundry, the pills dissolve and they oil is evenly distributed. If your buying this to consume they will be very easy to swallow because they are the tiniest pills I've ever seen."

I’m sleeping better

"I’m definitely sleeping better even taking this just a couple nights. I’m only take 1 little capsule. The recommended dosage is 1 to 3. I started with 1 and they are round, gel caps and very small. I took about an hour before bed and i was nice and relaxed. I slept more solid the last couple nights than i have in a long while. If i do wake up, i go right back to sleep easy enough ."

"Mini gels are about 1/4 inch in diameter, round, in a glass bottle with a tight fitting lid, filled right up to the top. Usually you should not ingest essential oil, but lavender, diluted as this one is, is safe to take, and helps with digestion and sleep."
