Aromaforce Vapor Rub

This cream is nice. It has a nice light smell and has a very soft creamy consistency. It absorbs quickly and doesn't leave a residue. The smell isn't overwhelming like some vapor. Would recommend.

I love vapor rubs probably because I'm a huge fan of eucalyptus scent so naturally I am drawn to these vapor rubs. I was looking for a petroleum free version when I came across this one. The texture and consistency is "interesting", as it looks more like a jar of face cream or body moisturizer than your typical vapor rub from the big name brands. It does have a cooling effect after rubbing this on my neck area. It is not a bad scent but the recipe did not wow me. I'm not sure what was added that effected the smell (inula?) but there is something a little different from your typical vapor rub. It is still a minty type of scent but with a slight herbal kick. I'm not sure how to explain and you very well could get a whiff of something completely different. What I do like about it is there's no thick layer of grease on my skin after applying. This seems to absorb into the skin like a body moisturizer would. It didn't have the strong cooling like some of the other brands but for children this may be sufficient. I appreciate the safety seal, which ensured that it wasn't tested or touched. Overall I think this is a great one if you are looking for a non petroleum vapor rub that doesn't leave a greasy residue. I think I will give this one to my toddler because of the non petroleum aspect but me personally, this scent just isn't what I like.

I really liked that this cream was thicker than your average vapor rub. I did feel like it wasn't strong enough. I like when I can really smell the vapors to open up the sinuses. This has a lighter scent but it does work.
