Why do essential oils need to be diluted in a fatty oil for internal use? Because essential oils are hydrophobic, ingesting them with water is not a safe or optimally effective method. Instead of being carried down to your digestive system with the water, they cling to the first fatty substance they come in contact with – your oral and your esophageal tissue. Both of these are very delicate, and should not be exposed repeatedly to the highly concentrated nature of essential oil.

How to use

For 12 years and up: Take 1 mini-cap with a meal, 1-3 times per day for a maximum of 7 days. For 18 years and up: Take 3 mini-caps with a meal, 1-2 times per day for a maximum of 7 days. Swallow with a sip of water.

Usage precautions

Do not use with children under 12 years of age, or if pregnant or nursing. If taking any medications, consult a healthcare professional before use.

Great scent easy detox

I love this blend in the diffuser and I enjoy it most with 2 drops in the palm of my hands, rubbing hands, and inhaling from the hands a couple of times before bringing my hands around my energetic body. I feel lighter and refreshed after that routine (every other day).

The Best

I worked in a high rise in Downtown Los Angeles and was hit up numerous times about my ‘smell’. I replied its my deodorant and would lift my arm to show that is what I meant. Two times women actually came up and smelled my armpits when I did that. Always a shocker to have a stranger smell your armpits. Lol.
