How to use

Massage Black Spruce with a carrier oil onto the inner wrists and lower back to support balance and energy, especially when you're feeling frazzled and weary. Diffuse 3-4 drops with water in an ultrasonic diffuser to enjoy it aromatically and support the respiratory system.

For topical application, use a 1-5% dilution rate.

Usage precautions

For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. To remove essential oil, use plant oil (olive).
