How to use

Diffuse Balsam Fir essential oil to enjoy its light, fresh scent and to support the respiratory system. Blend with a carrier oil for a muscle & joints massage treatment or apply to the chest and neck as a natural vapor rub.

For topical application, use a 6% dilution rate.

Usage precautions

For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. Always dilute. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. To remove essential oil, use plant oil (olive).
