Our Meditation blend combines two of the world's most precious resins: Frankincense and Spikenard. Used since ancient times for spiritual practices, they are ideal for calming and centering both mind & body.

Citrus notes of Bergamot, Lime & Sweet Orange complement the blend's resinous notes, while Patchouli adds a touch of earth and musk. Just a hint of Cinnamon Leaf oil adds a warm, spicy base.

How to use

too strong

I used this oil for a massage at Kripalu and loved it. So I ordered two bottles. However, the oil I received is too heavy on the patchouli scent. I am used this in a humidifier diffuser and had to turn it off and empty it out.
