Scent Profile: Resin, citrus and spice.

Therapeutic Benefits: Calming and centering.

Our Meditation blend uses one of the world's most precious resins: Frankincense. Used since ancient times for spiritual practices, it is ideal for calming and centering both mind & body.

Citrus notes of Bergamot, Lime & Sweet Orange complement the blend's resinous notes, while Patchouli adds a touch of earth and musk. Just a hint of Cinnamon Leaf oil adds a warm, spicy base.

Update on Spikenard: Pranarōm is dedicated to an ethical approach for responsible and sustainable sourcing. We have, therefore, had to change our Meditation Diffusion Blend and removed Spikenard due to its threatened status.

How to use

Add 4-6 drops to an ultrastonic diffuser with water. To preserve the quality of your essential oil, store away from direct heat and light.

Usage precautions
