How to use

When you’re feeling under the weather or like you’ve been exposed, diffuse 3-4 drops of Oregano or blend Oregano with a carrier oil and apply to the soles of the feet before bed. Add to DIY cleaning products to help keep your home healthy.

For topical application, use up to a 1% dilution rate.
