How to use
For respiratory support and mental clarity, apply a single drop of Peppermint to the palms, rub the hands together, then inhale the scent 3-5 times. Diffuse 3-4 drops in your diffuser, or blend with a carrier oil to create a cooling massage treatment for tired muscles and joints.
For topical application, use up to a 6% dilution rate.
Usage precautions
Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use while pregnant/breastfeeding. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. To remove essential oil, use plant oil (olive).
This is the only brand of Peppermint I will use. It is real peppermint and not a perfume smell. It is the best, You will love it!

Best Peppermint essential oil!
I’ve used this brand for years and it’s amazing for digestive issues and reflux. It’s one of the only essential peppermint oils that my nutritionist said is ok to ingest (in small quantities). I put a couple of drops under my tongue each night and reflux is so much better! 10/10!!
