How to use

Blend with a carrier oil and apply to the neck and chest as natural vapor rub. Diffuse 3-4 drops to support the respiratory system and immune system when you feel under the weather.

For topical application, use up to an 11% dilution rate.

Usage precautions

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. Always dilute. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. To remove essential oil, use plant oil (olive).
