How to use

To support hair and scalp health, blend Rosemary with a carrier oil and massage into the scalp. Allow to sink in for at least half an hour before shampooing as usual. To promote mental clarity, diffuse 3-4 drops of Rosemary or apply a blend of Rosemary and carrier oil to the inner wrists and pulse points. Blend with a carrier oil to create a muscle/joint massage oil that both soothes weary muscles and promote circulation.

For topical application, use up to an 8% dilution rate.

Usage precautions

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use while pregnant/breastfeeding. Always dilute. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. To remove essential oil, use plant oil (olive).
