Diffuse 3-4 drops of Scotch Pine to enjoy its grounding , calming scent in your home. Blend with a carrier oil and massage into the neck and chest to support the respiratory system, or massage into muscles and joints for soothing care.

For topical application, use up to a 10% dilution rate.
