How to use

Sinus Formula: Submerse cotton swab into solution and lightly dab inner nostrils. May also be applied to bridge of nose or chest. For net pot, add 4 drops diluted in distilled water. Store in a cool, dark place.

Immunity Boost: Apply 3-5 drops directly in your palms to hand diffuse. Rub palms together and cup hands near nose. Inhale 5 deep breaths. May be used with dry brushing for added immune support. Added to lotion creates a quality hand purifier. For diffusion, add 5-10 drops drops with water to your non-heating ultrasonic diffuser.

Good Samaritan: Add several drops to cleaning solution or hand soap for a natural purifying boost. Use 1 drop on hands to sweep over clothing and hair for immune support. Store in a cool, dark place.

Hello, We bought this to make a homemade cold medicine and it works great!

Affordable & effective essential oils in a highly useful combination.

My family uses essential oils all of the time, for all kinds of reasons. The biggest reasons or most common reasons are for immune health, sinus and breathing, and sleep assistance. I ordered this kit over two and a half years ago, and surprisingly, we still have a little left of each oil, and they are still all good and have not turned bad/rancid. The bottle sizes are perfect and they fit well inside of the storage container I use to carry all of my oils. When one of us starts feeling down and a bit under the weather, we immediately start a daily regiment of using each of these oils, and we feel confident that they have performed just as well as our other more popular branded oils. We love the smells, the thought-out combination of the oils in this kit, and especially the price. The oils appear to be of a high quality and are not diluted. My favorite is the Sinus oil, which I keep a bottle of with me all the time. I highly recommend these oils and specifically, this kit by Pranarom. Two thumbs up!

The citronella in it is very overpowering and made my head fuzzy. It was not put on very heavy either. One or two sprays on each arm and then rubbed all over and same on my legs. It was so overpowering my husband could smell it when he walked in the house.

It's a really neat thing for a free gift.

Amazing actual relief

I’ve tried probably everything under the sun to fix stuffy noses during my cold. Zicam, Dayquil, Nasal Rinses, Saline Sprays, Flonase, Mucinex, and hot steam but I put this in my nose as suggested and oh my gosh it was the most relief i’ve had all day. My nose actually cleared up and I can breathe again. I’m astonished!!
