How to use

When you’re feeling under the weather, diffusion 3-4 drops of Thyme ct Linalol or blend with a carrier oil and apply to the soles of the feet. Thyme ct Linalol can also be blended with a carrier oil to create a soothing massage oil for muscles and joints, or applied to blemish-prone areas to promote clear skin.

For topical application, use up to a 5% dilution rate.

Usage precautions

For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. Always dilute. If irriation occurs, discontinue use. To remove essential oil, use plant oil (olive).
