Diffuse 3-4 drops of Thyme ct Thymol to support the immune system and enjoy its calming aroma. Blend with a carrier oil and massage into the abdomen for digestive support. A blend of Thyme and carrier oil can also be applied to your feet before or after using a public shower or pool.

For topical application, use a .5-2% dilution rate.
