For a simple palm inhalation, rub a drop Vetiver between your hands to warm the oil. Hold your hand up to your nose, then breathe in through the nose and out the mouth five times. Blend with a carrier oil to create a relaxing massage oil for muscles, joints and mind!
Usage precautions
For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. Always dilute. If irriation occurs, discontinue use. To remove essential oil, use plant oil (olive).
The dispenser is life changing! Ive always had oils with the regular drip top and for such a thick oil it can take a while to come out.But with the dip stick style I can use it quick and easy in my massage practice. Also a pure clean smell. This is my new go-to Vetiver Love it!!

I have not seen vetiver oil of this quality in a long time. Most of what is on the market as a clear, astringent smelling essential oil. This smells like and has the viscosity of an absolute.I’m very happy with my purchase.
