For muscle and joint discomfort, blend 2 drops Wintergreen and 3 drops Helichrysum essential oils with about 5ml of carrier oil. To support the respiratory system, blend Wintergreen with a carrier oil and massage into the chest and neck.
For topical application, dilute at 2% or less.
Usage precautions
For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. Always dilute. If irriation occurs, discontinue use. To remove essential oil, use plant oil (olive).
