How to Make Your Own Trauma Oil
Traditionally, to make Trauma Oil you would need to collect and dry Arnica, Calendula & St. John's Wort flowers, create a macerate with a carrier oil, and then strain the infused oil. If you have a chance to forage these amazing plants, this can be a beautiful way to slow down, connect to nature, and create something nurturing for your health.

To make your own Trauma Oil, simply combine:
1 part Arnica Infused Virgin Plant Oil
1 part Calendula Infused Virgin Plant Oil
1 part St. John's Wort Infused Virgin Plant Oil
Add the three oils to a dark glass bottle, fasten the lid securely, and swirl several times to mix everything together.
Tip: Add a few drops of Lavender, Peppermint or, our favorite, Helichrysum essential oil to the blend for added benefits.
How to Use Trauma Oil
