Nardostachys jatamansi (Spikenard) Oil*. *Certified organic

Diffuse 3-4 drops of Spikenard before bed, or blend with a carrier oil and apply to your inner wrists. For a healthy scalp, blend Spikenard with a carrier oil and massage into the scalp. Allow to sit for at least 30 minutes before shampooing as usual. A blend Spikenard and carrier oil can also be used as a massage oil for muscles and joints, as well as a soothing ointment for skincare concerns.

For topical application, use up to a 5% dilution rate.

For external use only. Keep out of reach of young children. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. If irritaiton occurs, discontinue use. To remove essential oil, use plant oil (olive).
