Morning Self-Care

Starting your morning out with a few minutes of self-care can dramatically change your mind-set for the entire day! Studies show that a morning routine can lower feelings of frustration and stress - especially if the routine includes nurturing, intentional rituals.

Add a drop of tea tree essential oil or Gumm Dropps Wellness Blend to your toothpaste to promote fresh breath and oral health.

Create a simple mouthwash by combining 1/4 C distilled water, 1 drop Gumm Dropps Wellness Blend and a shake or two of sea salt.

Don't forget to moisturize! After cleansing your face or showering, mist your skin generously with a hydrosol of your choice. Follow it up with a nourishing Virgin Plant Oil to seal in moisture and soften your skin.

Go for a short walk. Just ten minutes helps avert a blood sugar crash while improving blood flow to the intestines and encouraging proper digestion of your meal.

Rest & Restore at Night

When it's time to sleep, essential oils can help create a calming environment. 

Linen & Room Spray - Combine 10 drops Lavender Oil, 5 drops Neroli Oil & 2 drops Roman Chamomile with 1oz distilled water and 1oz organic vodka in a spray bottle. Shake well, and spritz around your bedroom, on to your pillow, sheets, etc...
